Here are some AT HOME workouts you can do to pass the time and get the body you've been dreaming of now that you have the time to slow down and focus on yourself. I personally have spent a ton of time doing 30 Day Challenges and each day will upload a workout I did. These are simple at home workouts to do to just keep moving each day. 

Other great workout ideas:

- Walk up and down stairs for 30 minutes

- Go on a hike!

- Go on a run

- Go on a walk

- Ride your bike/learn to roller skate

- Online Zumba/Yoga/Exercise classes
